This modest two storeyed residence is an exercise to provide comfortable dwelling to a family of five. Functional living spaces were designed keeping in mind naturally cooling & ventilation. 

The defining feature of the house is the Terracotta screen adorning its facade, beautifully complemented by lush greenery, shading the house from the direct west sun while still filtering the light in.
