Designed to be a haven of minimalism, neutrality, and warmth, this workspace offers the ideal setting for collaboration and creativity to flourish.

An angular axis has been integrated into the architectural plan, delineating one portion for the office and another for a central court, accentuating the flow and connectivity while enhancing the visual intrigue. This court serves as a connecting spine, linking the upper floors and doubling as a side entrance to the residence. Notably, a floating staircase gracefully ascends to the first floor. This design achieves a captivating equilibrium between private and public spaces.

The design ethos embraces simplicity and elegance, reflected in its neutral and earthy material palette. Shades of white, grey, and brick red coalesce with wooden accents, reflecting the interiors with warmth and tranquility. Minimalist detailing and clutter-free aesthetics underscore the pragmatic essence of the design, ensuring both visual appeal and functionality.
